When you order the Hobie Wave bow spreader bar p/n 38999021, are the mounting tangs (picture attached) included? Or do they need to be ordered separate?

Do you also get 2 x End Cap Wave Spreader 50-38950011? So you get everything to install the bar?

Sorry... I was referring to the spinnaker hardware kit. My mistake. The spreader is listed as a replacement part... Just the spreader bar alone... does not include the tangs.
