I'll be at the Mini-Mega in Sandy Hook Bay, NJ supporting my daughter in the women's event and then my daughter/ son team in the Youth event. I was talking with Ken Hilk, Mark Modderman, and Greg Raybon at the South Dakota North Americans, and I would love to join the Hobie 14 or Hobie Wave racing that are concurrent with the Women's and Youth events, but I don't have access to a boat. I have raced Hobie 16s since the 80s and currently split my racing between the '16 and F18s so will take good care of the boat.
Hobie Wave event: August 7-8-9 (boat would need to be there on the 5th or 6th for rigging)
If anyone knows of a quality 14 and/ or Wave that I could charter, please let me know.
