For the "Wavers" that utilize a 2:1 jib sheet setup where did you position the additional blocks...together near the clew or did you use a pigtail setup? If you used a pigtail setup how long did you make the pigtail? Does the 2:1 setup require a longer jib sheet...in the 35' range? Any info is appreciated!

I screwed a pad eye to the bottom side of the jib cleat using the bolts that hold the cleat to the mounting plate. Measure the distance between two of the bolts and buy the pad eyes to that size. I think it was an inch, but double check it's been a while.
I took some time and spliced eye loops in each end of the jib sheet and that is what attaches to the pad eye. You could simply tie the ends off to the pad eye.
I'm not sure of the sheet length, but 35' sounds about right.
I used two block at the jib clew.

I haven't changed the sheet setup for my stock jib, so I can't help you there. But I have installed five jib hanks to attach the luff to the fore-stay as recommended by Geoff, and I can attest to the fact that it makes quite a positive difference.

See around the 4:50 mark here:

Geoff covers the 2:1 sheet setup around the 6:00 mark of that same video.
