Is it bad idea to leave the mast on ??? i have left my hobie wave with the most on for a month, is it a bad idea to leave it on? i always take the sail down, so its ready to go, i was also thinking on making a cover for it so the sun doesnt hit the trampoline .. what do you think?? |

You can leave the mast up. Just be sure the wires are snug and check the shackles from time to time. |

The comptip mast section will get fried after a couple years of sun exposure. Suggest you shoot it with some spray paint every few years for protection. sm |
