I'm thinking about making motor mount from aluminum pieces screwed together with stainless steel bolts. Brief search over internet shows that electrochemical corrosion of aluminum could be an issue, however Wave have some stainless steel parts screwed to aluminum (stoppers on crossbars, mainsheet and righting line tangs, etc.) and I don't see any issues.

Should I worry? If I should, what extra precautions recommended to prevent corrosion?

Also depends on where you are sailing... a pristine freshwater Canadian pond would be much different than the ocean.

Yep, boat won't see saltwater for foreseeable future.
