Post subject:  Lower mast

We are using the WAVES in a sailing school setting and beach launching
I have three mast sections that have water in the lower section
Presume they are built with plugs to make the section buoyant and to reduce the chance of filling with water when turtled?
Any suggestions? removing the water?
Probably break out the plugs and replace them with foam mega noodles and add a 3/16 limber hole in bottom

My pervious mast had small holes below upper foam plug and above lower. Not sure it is by original design or it was added by previous owner. Water was draining ok after capsizing, etc.
