Jacksonville is right on an inland waterway and near the ocean as well so that may be why it is so popular with kayakers. If you check out the KFS Forums, an East Coast based kayak fishing outfit, it seems many of the members are from the Jacksonville area. Hard to keep up with all the "Ranchos" around here. |
