I decided to take my new 2012 Hobie Revolution 13 out and try to christen her properly........

The Start of a New Revolution

Mission accomplished!!!!

And the fillets tasted pretty darn good as well........

Marinated in key lime, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil then broiled and served with steamed veggies and sweet tea. Even my son complimented me on how good they tasted!! And that is saying something, since this kid seems to think that dinner is best served from Chick-Fil-A, Firehouse, Subway, Moe's Southwest or Fridays!!!
