I'm half way through my Hobie anchor trolley install. Should the Bungee and hook go on the upper or lower part of the loop? I've seen it done both ways on YouTube. Please help. Thanks!

Doesn't really matter, I think most people prefer it on the bottom to avoid having the rope come up over the gunnel, and also some people install guides for the line so if the rope has any slack then the guides hold the line up so it can be reached easier. But if you are installing the bungee, than the trolley line should be nice and taunt without any need for guides.
