Post subject:  Taking service members fishing

I spent this past Saturday in the saltwater at Rudee Inlet with some veterans and their families. The winds were a little strong at times but the mirage drive and my Revo 13 handled them with ease. I spent most of the day helping/guiding a couple of the veterans on some fish. Several blues, specks, greys, croakers and flounder were caught.

Before the day started, I jumped out on the water for some personal time and quickly landed this nice speckled trout.

But the day was set aside for volunteering with Heroes On the Water. A very fulfilling day......

Great job. I just got back today from working a similar event for H.O.W. It's really great to see the solders out there.
