Winter trip to Florida Fall in Hilton Head

Ohio guy here. I have a 2010 PA. Heading to Florida for week or so this winter. any suggetions as to where to stay with nearby kayak fishing, decent lodging etc ? Would rather fish saltwater but open to suggestions. Stayed last year at River Palm Cottages in Jensen Beach. Nice but did not have my boat. Will go back there unless someone can steer me in a different direction.

Also any info about Kayak fishing in Hilton head

Head to Jacksonville, FL area. All kinds of great kayak fishing. Might wish to consider Amelia Island as your base. Plus great eating establishments.

If you go as far south as Jensen Beach, then I'm sure you will have many places to try out. Visit the no-motor-zone on www.floridasportsman.com/forums and have a look around. Some guys fish out of palmbeach and boynton. Further south still you'll find me and some of my friends fishing Pompano Beach near Fort Lauderdale and Dania Beach.
