In the last 7 year I was an owner of two kk, two different small fishfinder, the second it's an ELITE 4 HDI, never I had a problem to use the unit for 6 or more our of fishing with a simple 12 v 7.2 ah battery. |

I used the 10Ah Nocqua battery with a humminbird Helix 5 (from previous kayak) and I ran it for about five hours fishing lights under causeway and i never heard a low battery alarm |
