How often do you rinse the inside of your kayak out.
I dry it out but have seen salt cystals on the inside of the kayak.
I rinse it out once a month.

Everytime I give it a good washing, followed by 303 protectant, which is everytime I return from Orange Beach, AL. 4 or 5 times a year. I've never noticed the salt crystals you mentioned, but I do get a pretty good stink going on. I also store my boat with all hatches open.

i never have, but since i store my OB on its side with hatches open, the crystals fall to the bottom. i then vacuum/wipe them up. i'll probably start rising the inside hull a couple times a year.

I usually rinse the fishie and saltie stuff off mine at the boat ramp/wash every day when I get off the water, paying extra attention to the drive, seat, rudder/skeg & transducer. It's dry by the time I get home and ready to put the cover on. Fishfinder also gets the saltwater rinsed and wiped dry at home. Quick and easy.
