One black foam block, 31" long, 4" x 5" wide loose in the Outback hull. Where does it belong?

Not all blocks are placed for structure. Just wedge into a space if needed. The function is positive (safety) flotation in case the hull floods. Keeps the hull and standard equipment from sinking. This is a European safety standard and one that the NMMA (National Marine Manufacturers Association) adopted many years ago for companies who show products in their trade shows.

The long foam block fits in hull, under the trays alongside the seat. The best way is to insert through the 8" twist and seal hatch in the rear cargo area.
