I was doing some searching on you tube and saw a quad sand cart to carry heavy kayaks on the soft sand. I notice 2 sets of scupper holes on a PA 17T that I am thinking about have 2 hobie 2-30 carts. Would this work or can one support the this beast.?

One Dolly is all you need. I don't recommend the plug in carts for the heavier boats like the PA17.
