I have finally finished building my trailer and adding a rack system. I purchased my PA17 used with the trailer. But, I wanted to add my PA12 to it so I could transport both. So, my shop designed and welded a framework to attach a rack on top to hold the PA12. In deciding which rack would work best and easiest, I found EZ Rec Racks. Ira, the owner, was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and more. So, I decide to purchase one and it has been great. As many of you know, the PAs are very heavy and loading them can been a challenge. Since having back surgery and in my mid sixties, I needed a system that would not kill me and I want to keep kayak fishing into my 90s! Take a look at this rack. It is not the least expensive, but it works like a dream and the technical support is terrific. Oh, by the way, my shop also painted both kayas and Morgan at Hobie was very supportive and provided new decals for them. Enjoy!
