The hobiecat.com website page for the Revolution 16 indicates that a daggerboard is available as an option for the 16.
Is there a daggerboard that fits the new Revolution 16?
Where does the daggerboard fit?

The former Adventure kayak had a slot just to the right of the storage hatch into which a daggerboard could be fitted. The new Adventure, of course, uses the swing down internal daggerboard that the Tandem Island had all along. I would suspect the Revo16 type is the same thing as the original Adventure.

Correct. Same hull as the Adventure... Revolution 16 is just a new name to separate it from the Island line and to align it with the Revolution 11 and 16. Dagger slot was left in the hull due to popular demand. Right side just aft of the MirageDrive well.

Does anyone know if the Daggerboard (used while not under sail) makes the revolution 16 a more stable ride? I've had some trouble maintaining balance when the seat well takes on some water.
