Hi everyone I am new to the forum. I have an Outfitter with sail and I noticed that when I use the mirage as daggerboard in tandem mode I have much less control then in single mode. Has anyone else had this experience? I think it has to do with two daggerboards being less hydrodynamic |

Likely due to the two spaced apart. Hard to overcome them when trying to turn. Maybe have the forward person pull them up when you tack or need to maneuver. |

Or secure the forward fins up against the hull with the bungee hook (or at least when turning)! |

New to the forum. Bought a Hobie Mirage Oasis tandem a month ago for me and my wife. We love it and go out 2 -3 times per week (I am semi-retired). I was having these same issues when using the sail. Looking forward to trying out some of these tips this weekend. |
