Ive seen a suggestion to put a metal rod in the sail hole to lift yourself up for us bunky knee types

Is it strong enough?

Or would we be better off using the handle at the front ?

The mast accessory receiver is not strong enough. Either a rope tied to the front handle or an H-Bar?
