Here are some photos of my rigging modifications for sailing a Revo. The cupholder to the right of the seat is an ideal location for the cheek block and cam cleat. I shaped the wood to fit the cupholder and go into the slot to keep it from turning. Using tin snips I cut a truss plate and bent it to hold the wood down. No new holes in the kayak were needed. I used the existing ones for the mesh pocket. A hardware store quick link attachs the rear block. The other cheap hardware store block and quick link are used to keep the mainsheet out of the storage area where my dog rides. I use 1/4" line because it's easier to handle. 20 feet of mainsheet line allows the sail to be released and pointed straight off the bow which is necessary if you're running with the wind and get slammed by a gust. Here are 3 Ronstan part numbers and 1 Harken number for the hardware:

I bought all of the above from West Marine.
Trimming or releasing the mainsheet is quick and easy with this rigging. It's more useful to have real sailing hardware than the cupholder.
