I have sailed my Outfitter a ton, but it simply did not compare to sailing an AI.
Captn Ron was nice enough to let me try out his wife's AI the other day.
All I can say is - "Yozza, Woweee", it was just too much fun!
Guessing we had winds around 10-15mph, my avg speed was 5.2mph and max 7.7mph according to my Garmin.
Our last trip across the lake was the funnest cause the wind got a bit stronger and had a fast, wet ride back to the dock.
All I can say is if you want to sail and are trying to decide which kayak to get then the you should only consider the AI or TI.
Can't wait to go again!!
P.S. : I am hopefully 2 weeks or less than away from getting my TI!!!

And a few pics

Cruisin, note that the upper right is the pace in minutes/mile (running mode).

Note: That's my dorky voice. I am referring to my camera (which is not water proof).
