| Post subject: | sailing an old hobie odyssey |
Have been sailing an old odyssey with a mast and part sail salvaged from a scorpion. The mast sits in the cup holder and is supported with three ss cables attached to the top of the mast. The front cable carries the sail when its hoisted. Sail is mostly downwind with some (about 45 degrees) off wind. Lots of fun -- here's the problem. I need a rudder! Any suggestion of an after market kit that will attach to the rounded back and skeg of this old kayak? |
