With only 19 days till the event we only have 7 boats signed up. I know of three others local teams, where are the rest of ya! it's going to be a great regatta so sign up and let have a wonderful week of racing.

For whatever reason Division 3 isn't representing, despite the fact that we have the largest 20 fleet in the US (World). I hope it doesn't come back to bite us for future events.

I cant speak for the rest of Division 3 but in my case it was a choice in going to Mississippi and taking my Son Jordan and Kat Porter to the Youth North Americans in June or the Hobie 20 in Florida in November. I have used the budget and the vacation time for the youth North Americans this year.
Besides, I am definitely not one of the top 20 sailors in the division and would have to pull Jordan out of school and hockey.

Mikey and Fey are making the trip and they just pulled a third in the Turkey regatta last weekend in Monterey (11 boats).

Jeremy, thanks for the picture of Jordan and Pat that made the latest Hotline cover.

My family scheduled a stupid reunion in Tampa that same month and I just can't take that much time off. My son Jake is in college now so he would not have been able to make either way. So the two Larson boats are sitting this one out! Bommersbach Has work scheduling conflicts and as for the rest of Division 7 H20's I don't know. Division 14 will bring some boats for sure.

have fun....Andy Larson

I was pretty excited about attending my first nationals but I've had to cancel. My crew, Max Hudson, however, will be there racing with Mike Madge on my new H16.
