Can someone provide the precise length of the aluminum extrusion from base to comp-tip?
also, placement of the spreader mounts (distance from base of extrusion to lower edge of tang)
also placement of diamond wire tang (mast base to lower or top end of tang)
also placement of main mast tang at top where forestay and side shrouds connect.
also placement of the sail feeder and length of the sail feeder opening.
The manual says the mast is 31' long, however the (already replaced) mast on my new(used) boat is 31' 2 1/4 inch.
I am transferring the mast hardware to a replacement mast (from Hobi 18 without comp-tip). The problem is that my existing H 20 mast is not the original. The previous owner has already replaced the mast and it is 2.25 inches longer than the specs say it should be. so the placement of tangs and comp-tip are suspect.
