I got the boat out the other day in pretty light air. I had a very experienced former H20 racer (now F18 hotshot) yelling "instructions" from a motor boat behind me. Each time I messed up, it cost me an adult beverage. I LOVE IT. I was single handing it and flying a hull in the lightest breezes. Now more questions. 95 Miracle 20. Trying to get my "new to me" boat back to stock or close. Boat came witha spinnaker, a homemade pole and possbily a purchased pole and snuffer system, but I don't think its a Hobie system. I have a duffle bag full of lines, wires, blocks, and clevises. Just about enough to open a parts store. Spinnaker questions Halyard length? Tack Line Length? Spin sheet length? How many bridle wires on the Hobie spinnaker pole, 2 per side (4 total) or 1 per side (2 total)? Bridle Length? Modified Forestay with Furler. Mine works now, but in case I want to make it officially class legal. Upper forestay length p/n 4081001? I have 2 wires close to same length, which look like this. Lower forestay Length p/n 48814001? I think I'm missing this one. |
