Looking for permanant crew to race tiger

I have had enough of unreliable crew and being let down repeatedly so I am looking for someone else who is willing to step up to the mark. I sail along Southampton water and the Solent, every weekend and I can easily get time off work at no notice if the wind is good. You will have to take my work that I am a good helm. I am looking for someone who has good experience on an f18, light and strong, is willing to learn but most importantly is reliable. If you want to know more about me then just ask.
