What are the changes from a 2009 2010 2011 wildcat and if anyone knows what the last sail number was in 2009. Because I am looking at a wildcat that I think is a 2009 platform with a 2010 rig.

c caliban...

Are you looking at that west Michigan Wild Cat? Seems to be a lot of interest in it. I purchased a 2010 Wild Cat in late August. The sails are smoke black and the sail number is 194. It came with two retrofit "kits"...first was a new, modified mast base with a two prong design for easier stepping of the mast and second was a rudder mod that changes out the "gearshift" lockdown arm with straight arms. The gear shift style was failing at the crimp between the metal and fiberglass part of the rods. Hobie has replaced it with straight black anodized aluminum ones. Other than that I'm not aware of any other changes for 2011. The boat comes very well appointed with top of the line hardware...not to mention an extra "gear" downwind. Good luck in your quest.

I don't think we had any 2009 model year Wild Cats brought to the US. The first batch were 2010 models and the sail #'s were all below #100
