hello everyone just a quick question about the anchor pins for the shrouds on my tiger they have moved out of place and am wondering what holds them in place and do i have take them out to sort the problem out thet feel like there is a threaded part on the pin but do not know if its into a threaded plate or not any help would be great

The pin threads into the hull. I'm not sure what they thread into, if its a plate or a plug of sorts. If the threads are messed up on the female part I'm not sure what you can do other than run a tap in it and clean up what is left. Or, cut out whatever it threads into and replace it.

On the Tigers there is a plate glassed into the hull. Accessable from the front port hole cover. the pin screws through the plate.
I will try to get a decent pic.

Thanks for your help guys can not get a good look at it inside the hull will thread them back into the hull and see what happen

make sure to put some Sika Flex on the bolt oand in the hole before you thread it in. keeps it water tight.

Get one of those small teloscopic mirrors at an automotive parts store...should be able to see the plate then.
