Matt,
It wasn't just the PRO's schedule that conflicted, actually I think that was the least of it. It was more so getting actual volunteers as the yacht club is finding volunteers from their members for everything, like I said, they are really supporting us. Let's keep this positive! It's going to be an amazing event!

We are working on logistics to get a few teams from Nor Cal there.
Any good Pet friendly places to stay close to the event site?
