Is it only us having problems with the WC rudders
We have the 2010 modeand the rudders loos grip in the middle of the run without any external reason.
We are now tightning it with a velcro and or a rope
Any Ideas?
It is the only WC in Israel so we have no one to compare with ;(

Likely you need to adjust the arm forward a turn or two - the ball needs to have pressure on it - if the ball just drops into the recess - that is going to let go - have the arm adjusted out 1 or 2 turns so that the ball has pressure in the cup and it will hold much stronger

THX, we did that it took a while and the connector between the rudder @ the arm got a little bend and the story start all over
We made new connectors from stainless steel then new arms also from SS instead of aluminum every time it hold for a while and the story starts again

For now we are using a velcro or a rope to tie the arm so the rudder will not come up

The newer models (2011 and 2012) have the same mechanism?

I have a 2012 model. Just getting to know it. Same issue today, with 20tk+ rides. PITA. Tried tightening the bungee cords, but same happened. Will try adjusting rudder rods as well.
