This is our 3rd season with a Tiger style spin mounted to my SX18.
Mid-pole snuffer, package assembled by Jeremy of Surf City and spin cut by Chip.
This has been the best addition since the 5:1 downhaul.

In summer, we moor 'on the hard' at the Sailing Club.
This means the spin bag is left exposed to the elements.

Yesterday, I saw that spin bag is 'getting thin' and has a 'tear'.

Is this something we repair and re-build ourselves, or can I get a new part at the Dealer?
Is this a 'special order?

I have pictures......

thanks

Have you called Mikey at surf city with the brand name of the snuffer to see if he can order a new bag?
Personally I would cover it or remove the snuffer bag and treat ot no different than I treat my sails esp since my snuffer bag is made out of high end sail material.

Would buy another if Hobie would build it.

+1

If it was from Jeremy then call Mikey. Mikey can help you with the bag I also believe Mikey has a cover that goes over his spin pole and bag. He might be able to source one for you.
