Post subject:  Lack of Responses...

I'm assuming that the lack of responses to anything I post in this forum is because there are so few Tigers in the world, or maybe I'm just asking stupid questions. I was always able to get responses in the Hobie 18 forum when I owned one of those. Moving to the Tiger feels like a totally different world of having to figure things out by myself. Either way, I'm now in search of an alternative forum...maybe Europe?

Tigers are a fraction of the number of Hobie 18's in the World, so less knowledge for sure. And... the Tiger and F18s changed far more over their years. I'll ask Jacques to comment on the cams for you.

If i know the answer i mostly give a responce .but i never owned a H18 so i don,t know if the ruddercams are the same

and for the bungy in the beam ,never had the problem
every year i replace the bungy ,and now we have a spare one in the front beam of my Wildcat

Try owning a Fox. With just over 100 boats in the world... And 80% of them in Europe... Yep, you basically have to figure it out yourself.

Huh, There are two Fox's here out in the middle of the pacific ocean at our catamaran club

Mark,
Most don't reply because there really isn't much to add to all the information that is already loaded on this site. Try going back and checking previous threads. There is some great info here plus the "Taming your Tiger" info.
What else could you possibly need other than a coach for your sailing skills?

Isn't it about time you step up and get a WildCat? You won't have to worry about those damn rudder cams ever again.
