I need to repair some delamination that extends to where the "deck plate" is attached to the central section of the upper hull.

Has anyone removed these before, any tips on how to remove and also how to reattach afterwards?

Not sure if deck plate is the right word but this is what I'm referring to (not sure if this is right word. https://shop.tackleshack.com/hobie-deck ... tiger.html

I sent you an e mail with removal instructions. (I don't think you'll salvage the old one though - you'd be better off ideally with a new deck plate to replace)
