I'm not in a position to get one now but I am curious what the used market is like. I would be looking for a boat that is competitive, would be nice to have the sails and other gear up to date with the latest rules revision. so hypothetically what would it cost? thanks in advance Seamus |

Race ready with new or like new sails I would say 10k. I have seen one go for 7k but it had the ST main and needed a chute too. I'd guess the jib probably is about done, especially if you want to go to the full batten puppy. So I figure 7 for boat, 3 for sails, better add a few hundred for lines, blocks etc. |

On the West Coast, I've been tracking "pre-owned" boats for about 2 seasons. My data shows 8k - 12.5k. Most have trailers and extra sails. Race Ready would depend on what race. Local regattas; most would be fine as is, but a North Americans could mean an investment for new sails. Solely dependent on your competetive goals. |
