Just a short note, today, 15-18 knots, we tried both the overrotated and the less rotated version (pointing to lee transom), we felt more confortable with less rotation (less power in the sails and more controllable). We have been going to 65mm spreader rake (was 45mm before) and it was a perfect ride today. No traing partners though :(
