Caleb,
Can we get a H16 start for the youth? Shane wants to bring his down. Will he get to race. He has a crew lined up and they're both excited to be able to race it.

Don, see NOR. Check with CYC and see if they can add a H-16 class. May be too late as they have to provide trophys, etc. No problem from SSP standpoint. We can provide H-16s from our fleet for any youth teams that wish to sail. Let me know what CYC says.

I sent them an email, but never got a response back.
It's all a mute point for us though.
Shane's out for the rest of the year with a broken leg. No more sailing until next year for him. It's a pretty bad break. Pins and plates kind of break.

Don, sorry to hear about Shane's accident. That is two out of three for our Youth Multihull Championship Teams out of action, including Hanna Hensel's accidents. Perhaps they should stick to sailing, but we know how that works.

So far, Will Nelson and Dan Tarleton have reserved two of our five Waves for the event. Dan will be coming over after a Soccer Game.

For the rest of the Youth Sailors, please contact me for free use of the Sail Sand Point Waves in this Event.

Someone take an insurance policy out on Ms. Dorwin - looks like forces are conspiring to take out the youth sailors!

Caleb, if I squat down really short do I qualify for the youth event? I'd be the baldest sub-17-year-old ever...

Sorry Tim, they would probably catch on.

But, what about all the Youth in your Area? Can you encourage any to attend? Please let me know.

I was careful to not allow Shane to get hurt during the sailing season. Well, almost. At least he got through the Division schedule.
And Shane's recovery schedule has him back in time for 2008.
