Hola!

Gracias!!

Saludos desde Uruguay!!!

Hello!

I want to start a project to put the sailing kit of the Mirage models to my quest 13 2011.
I looked for information regarding the diameter of the mast of the sail kit for the Mirage models and I could not find it.

Could you provide me with this information?

I need this information to make the base in my kayak where I will insert the kit 8)

Thank you!!

Greetings from Uruguay!!!

You can't really add a sail kit to a Quest - the Mirage kayaks work because there's a mount designed into the hulls - and with the Mirage Drive you have the ability to control the kayak - sailing a Quest probably isn't going to work very well. The mast receiver diameter is 7/8"

Hi jbernier, thanks for your prompt reply.
I thought I was posting on the Spanish forum.
I know that the quest is not designed for the kit but the idea is to modify it to handle it with the rudder.
The inner diameter of the mast receiver where the mast is placed is 7/8 "?

Yes - correct.

I posted in English since I don't see many posts here so figured I'd just reply:)
