Hola I am Chris Wessels, the Lunch lady for the NAC and I will be taking (in email form ONLY) special requests for dietary needs for the 3 planned evening meals at the NAC in Mojave in Oct. Breatkfast/lunchs will be your responsibility. If you are glut free, meat free, diabetic etc.....and require something special, please let me know in the near term. If you prefer Filet Mignon, Chilean Sea Bass and expensive wine instead of our planned meals, you may be out of luck (Rick B) It will be important that you get this information to me soon, as there are not tons of choices at the regatta site and I would be unhappy to not be able to accomodate your needs due to logistics.
