How do you get on the invite list ,do you need to be from PR,be friends with them ,be an excellent sailor or all of the above for- mentioned?

It's done primarily through FB as far as I know, so yeah - I guess you have to be FB friends with them. Natalia invited about 500 people. There's only so many boats for charter and those usually go to the really good sailors (Geoff Becker, Sue Korz) and the Syracuse crowd (who reciprocate at MadCatter).
