 Post subject: My rules for winning

I have found that winning includes in order of priority:

1. showing up
2. finishing all the races
3. not crashing
4. not having a mechanical problem (like a broken shackle, rivet, or pin that disables your boat)
5. not doing something tactically stupid (like going around the wrong mark or sailing the wrong course)
6. going fast
