Question: I built two identical, brand new Hobie 20's...everything is new down to the last detail...Hulls were professionally rebuilt as well. Here's my issue: Boats are identical but crew weights will vary by as much as 150lbs between the two boats. Are corrector weights in order and if so, where do I get them and locate where on the lighter boat? OR, is there a formula that can account for this disparity? We are not racing actual one design (these boats are modified with spinnakers and custom sails - square top mains) but I want to keep them as close to identical as possible. HELP! |
