I am trying to get my trifoiler back in good working order, and realize that I have misplaced 2 shock assemblies (53911001). Does anyone know how I can purchase 2 new shock assemblies. I went to Hobie support, but no luck. I love the trifoiler and want to keep it going as long as I can.
Thanks,
Graham

Dan Ketterman should be able to supply those to you from Hobie. I believe he is either ordering them as needed or making them himself. Not sure which, but you should be able to get a new pair.

Hi Graham,
I am sorry to hear you are missing your shocks. Did you find your missing shock absorbers yet? I have one complete and some parts to fix a broken one.
New complete is $495.
If you didn't find them, you will have to find someone with an extra and willing to sell it to you.

I still have spares, (I think) in storage.
Possibly have the shocks.
I’ll have to check

Hey Arthur,
I thought you sold your boat to Graham. Is it possible that he has never had the shocks to go flying around. I hope you have them in storage and can arrange to give them to him.
BTW, Graham has never responded to me directly. Think I even sent him a private email.

The boat was sold 110% complete .
I had bought a lot of spares as extras
I never heard back from this guy either.
Not sure how you lose parts??? It’s not like they’re small parts.
Hope you’re keeping well. Always thought highly of you!!!
