On the way home with a 2012 Bravo. Typical fading on the sail and missing one drain plug, but other than that it looks good to go. Originally, today was the day I was supposed to pick up the Getaway I bought earlier this week, but the owner is having seller’s remorse (lots of sentiment stored up in the boat). I’d already paid half the sale price and had a bill of sale, but don’t want to push her to sell if it’ll make her sad. I asked her to take a week to think it over before returning the money. I’m hoping she’ll come around since the price for the boat AND an excellent trailer was a smokin’ deal. The Getaway needs some work on the comptip and has the usual early model hull cracking around the crossbars. Nothing I can’t fix myself. Here’s hoping we go from a no Hobie family to a two Hobie family soon. In the meantime, I have the Bravo to play with!

Congrats! It's a super fun boat.
