The mast keeper knob and screw on my 2008 Bravo is drilled at the wrong angle making it very difficult to attach the hinge gate without using a lot of force to push the mast into the A frame. I just bought this Bravo used and after having so much trouble getting it in, checked a friends Bravo and saw the difference in angle and tightness when set up. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this, or am I just stuck with a difficult assembly or ordering a new A frame.

You can try tweaking the A frame for better alignment with the bearing collar. It may be a little bent.

2010 models use a new gate design to help with tight tolerances at this connection. We do not have this as a simple replacement part. The A frame would have to be replaced.
