Sunday was crazy-gusty on our lake - and I ventured out in 13 mph gusting to 19 mph.... um, probably a bit too much wind, in hindsight; sure made for some thrilling moments. But being able to sail close to our house; point the nose into the wind and furl the sail; then let the wind push the boat to shore.... ahh, so nice and easy!! As opposed to my entrances with my former Wave; jumping off and Bulldogging the boat to a halt before it slammed into the seawall.....

Roller furling is awesome...as long as the waves aren't too big...reefing the sail for higher winds works great for the kids.
