I was out sailing for the first trip of the season and the bolt that connects the a frame to the a frame support sheared. This caused the mast to come off the mast step and lean over to the side. When this happened, the force of the mast bent the a frame. I need to replace the A frame, the A frame support, the hardware for the A frame and of course the offending bolt that sheared.
It looks like there are two different A frame supports, which one would be the correct one for my boat?
My boat's manufacture date per the hull marking is J112.
Also, how do you remove the old a frame support from this model?

Trent - Sorry to hear about the failure. The A Frame Support is determined by the serial number before the date code. There should be four numbers before the "J112". 0000 through 0701 will take #90710011, and 0702-current will take 90710000. If you can't grip the left over stud, you may be able to use and easy-out to remove it. Otherwise you can drill out the entire insert and put on a bracket to hold the vertical support. I found an old post about repairing this issue:

My full serial number is HCCS0265J112. One dealer told me that even though this is an early serial number, the a frame support would be the new model because this is a 2012 boat and that the serial numbers have restarted. Is that correct?

That sounds correct.
