Some guys over in Europe did a full-on cut open, repair and repaint. There was a real good writeup on it with pictures and everything. I think I'm going to need to cut mine open, so want to see what they did again, however can't find that silly link after over 30 hours of searching...I know I saw the link from here or beachcats.

Thanks-saw that and is a great write up.

The one I'm looking for is actually off-site, but the link to its around here. They cut a hole in the hull, on the side to do a full-on, one time repair that was first class in the end. I'll keep looking.
