This is a question for Hobie Matt
I have trailered large and wide the last few years with no problems
This has cut set up and take down time in half
I do need one oversize pin for sure and maybe two oversize pins
What about drilling a oversize hole in the frame and placing a regular SS bolt washer and nut instead of the taper pin which is used for alignment when pulling hulls in and out
I am also thinking about putting epoxy in the frame and bonding everything together
I would leave the pins in place for tramp ties and added strength
Any thoughts

I measured my Hydra Sport 24 side to side it is 2" form Hobie 21SE side to side and I pull it thousands of miles pulling large and wide is the only way to go

Either or both ideas would work.
