If you I had read the users manual before hitting the road with my recently acquired SC I would have known to harden down on the hatch covers...but no. Anyone know where I can pick up a replacement? Matt miller from hobie sent drawings to help with fabricating a replacement as a last resort. |

That's going to be an expensive mistake. There's an internal tie down point on these hatch covers to keep them from flying away. If you search down the forum, I think this issue has already been addressed, and Matt provided another member w/ the replacement part number. Unless he got the last one, you should be able to go to your local dealer. Hopefully the hatch comes complete with the handle and internal bar. |
