Hello,
I broke the front beam and the striker rod of my cat.h21se

Here in Europe it's impossible to find this new or used.
Do you have it in US. $

The crossbar is not available new. You would have to find a used one.

there is one on sale in France right now. Seller has one rudder, one centreboard, one wing and other bits.
